I sent this card to Voltmetro in Moscow, Russia since he likes postcards of sports stadiums (and the Green Bay Packers are one of the best teams!). 🙂

Favorite cheese: Typical Russian cheese
Tim from Omsk, Russia sent this neat card!
I received this great card from Jesus in Oaxaca, Mexico! The Calavera! I love the card!
I sent this card to Irina in Moscow, Russia. She didn’t specify what cards she likes, but she “favorited” my card when she received it. So I’m happy to know she liked it. 🙂
HURRAY! My card reached its destination in 25 days after traveling 4,941 miles! Irina wrote: “Привет, Мария! Спасибо большое за открытку! Хорошего дня, Ирина” I think I’m translating it correctly as: “Hello Maria! Many thanks for the postcard! Have a wonderful day, Irina”
Favorite cheese: Mozzarella
“Interdictio” from Moscow, Russia said she likes maps (like me 🙂 ) so she sent this card. She said the green stamp is of Ромашка (romashka) which I think means chamomile in English. 🙂
Aleksandra from Kholmsk, Russia had this card on her wish list, so I sent it to her. 🙂 She is a vegetarian like me, and wanted to know my top 5 favorite songs. I told her one of my favorite songs is “Two of Us” by the Beatles and mentioned that I love Russian music, but was a little out of touch with the most recent Russian bands and wanted to know what was most popular now…
HURRAY! My card reached its destination in 19 days after traveling 6,102 miles! Aleksandra wrote, “Thank you for the beautiful card and stamps. I love it very much. Good Russian music: Ария, Lumen, Би-2, Смысловые галлюцинации. Best wishes!” I can’t wait to look up those bands! 🙂
Elena from Novaya Usman (near Voronezh), Russia sent me this GREAT, train card! I took a train from St. Petersburg to Moscow once, but I’d love to take a train all the way across Russia someday! I think that would be amazing! I’ve seen these stamps before, but I still think they’re cute. 🙂 I love the clear postmark – a rarity these days when they’re either blurry or machine automated (and blurry).
I sent this card to Maria and Sergey in Moscow, Russia. This is one of my favorite postcards! 🙂
HURRAY! My card reached its destination in 39 days after traveling 7,998 km! Maria & Sergey said, “Hope you’re well these days =) Thanks for a wonderful card. Have a nice day. Happy postcrossing”
Favorite cheese: Parmesan
I had sent Nadezhda from Russia an official Postcrossing card with some stamps in an envelope in January, and recently she sent me this thank you letter! 🙂 I love all the stamps, especially the giant one of Gogol on the envelope! The train card is great too. 🙂
Anna from Sertolovo, Russia posted several Sochi postcards on Facebook, and I was lucky enough to get to swap with her! 🙂 I got my first pick too! I received this card today, and Anna got mine today as well. I’ve never had that happen – where someone I swap with receives the cards the same day as I receive theirs. You’d think it’d happen a lot!
I sent the Lisa Simpson postcard to Anna, which is one of my favorites! 🙂
